At Healthfair, we have lectures from well-known authors and professionals. We offer vegetarian cooking classes and free literature. Healthfair's owner, Ethel Edell, has owned this family business for the past 30 years. Patty Sablak has been our general manager for 20 years, and Michael Glynn, a doctor of naturopathic medicine, has been with us over 25 years.
